Spirituality is about finding Harmony, Love, Kindness and Tranquility within one's own Heart, and be in communion with One's Inner Divine whether that Divine is called Buddha, Allah, God, Goddess or any Force of Peace, Love and Light...
To Pray to Kuan Yin for a Life that is totally Obstacle Free is a Fool's Prayer, for obstacles are precious moments for us to develop a kind and virtuous heart. Maybe... I feel... it is better to Pray that should we ever meet with Obstacles again ( which we all will ) may those obstacles then be tools that aid us to Free ourselves from Living the Life of a Fool.
